Carla Halstead will be bringing the joy of needle felting to Art Center! This is an introductory class. Participants will learn basic needle felting techniques, and choose from a variety of projects. Each participant will leave this workshop with the personal tools and supplies necessary to continue their new obsession!!!
All participants must pre-register.
